2. Products & Vintage Disclaimer

• We sell vintage and second-hand items.

• Small signs of wear, minor defects, or fading may occur.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in EUR (€).

• Payment must be made in advance via the available payment methods.

• Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide from Germany.

• Delivery times depend on destination (usually 3–14 business days within the EU, longer outside EU).

• Delays due to customs or postal services are not our responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Germany/EU Customers)
Consumers in Germany and the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.

• To withdraw, contact us via email within 14 days.

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

• Return shipping costs may apply.
  Exclusions: Items excluded from return are:

  • Mystery Boxes (only unopened boxes may be returned)

  • Hygiene items (if seal broken)

  • Custom orders

6. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and checked.

• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.

7. B2B Sales (Resellers/Wholesale)

• If you purchase as a business (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

• Separate agreements may apply for wholesale/bulk orders.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for minor differences between product description and actual product.

• We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law.

• Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
